I have not, but I will try. I tried the same test, with the same profile on the same system, using 2.0.0.3 and it works fine. There have been changes to nsTextControlFrame.cpp since 2.0.0.3, but I am not authorized to view the bug that drove those changes.
in the future, please specify bug numbers. otherwise people have to make bad guesses.

Sergei called it - problem was caused by a bad file system entry and/or corrupt cache. Very strange!
