Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Firefox 'forgets' what size its main window should be when opening new windows or starting up. Does not occur on fresh profile (after having deleted ~/.firefox - multiple profiles have not been experimented with). Begins after window has been resized and Firefox closed. Persists forever. A minor bug, but quite irritating, since one always has to click the "maximise" button for Firefox to occupy the whole desktop. This bug has existed for a long time, has been seen to occur on several different Linux distributions and on several different machines. Currently running KDE 3.5.5, though have seen this bug under other versions of KDE. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firefox 2. Resize main window 3. Maximize main window 4. Close Firefox 5. Open Firefox OR do not close Firefox but open new window This bug may not emerge the first time these steps are performed, but always does eventually and persists thereafter. Actual Results: Main window opens at size it was before being maximized. Expected Results: Main window opens at size of last main window closed.
