Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
click bookmarks, mouse over items that cascade to the right until you reach the 
screen edge (this may require an ftp url because they are naturally deep, but 
moving the browser window should work). The next few items that cascade will 
live in two parallel columns [cascade menuitem 0's submenu].

Actual Results:  Unreadable directory tree.

Expected Results:  For menus that are long mozilla will walk the menu to the 
left (see attachment 2 [details] [diff] [review] [with an unrelated bug])
