From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; N; PPC; en-US; m15) BuildID: 2000041805 At http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html (or any page with a pull-down menu) when I click into the pull-down menu, clicking the scrollbar does nothing. I can scroll through the list using cursor keys, but this has the effect of scrolling the entire page and leaving the menu floating in its original screen location. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html 2.Click the component menu 3.Press up/down cursor keys Actual Results: entire page scrolled, leaving menu floating at it's original screen location. Disconnected from page. Expected Results: When a pull-down menu is selected, cursor keys should scroll through available options. Also scrollbars are broken in pull-down menu's.
