Under Windows Vista, 95% of the time, Firefox will not load all of the graphics on this page. At the same time, login attempts fail 95% of the time with connection reset errors. This occurs ONLY on Windows Vista; under Windows XP SP2 this website works fine with Firefox.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit https://owa1.ftb.ca.gov using Firefox on Windows Vista.
2. Check if all graphics load on the login page.
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 under Windows XP SP2.
Actual Results:  
Under Windows Vista, the website is almost always inaccessible with Firefox. Under Windows XP SP2, it always works.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should be compatible with the site under Windows Vista.

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/2007030919 Firefox/2.0.0.3 on Win Vista I do see issues loading that page. I get the connection the server was reset error message.  Using the same machine IE, the page loads fine, and I see no issues loading the same page on my PPC mac. I don't have a login, so I can't get much further than just confirming the trouble with actually getting to the page on Vista.

This is probably a dupe of bug 363997. Duping there.

Ronald, if this isn't fixed in the latest versions of Firefox (2.0.0.6 at the time of this writing), please comment in this bug.
