Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to a page with an embedded wmp file 2.scroll up and down using any method 3.observe video moving up and down out of its proper background

I can cofirm this, i've seen this behaviour on many sites, usually it happens when i have more than 2 videos running in different tabs
