IMAP ACL capability is now described by IMAP RFC 4314 - our ACL support, with a couple exceptions, corresponds to RFC 2086. We need to update to support the changes and additions in RFC 4314 - see bug 377900 for an example.

I did expunge first - this one turns out to be important if expunge is turned off on the server for message retention purposes.
