1.Tried twice
2.you won't let me enter report. 
3.I'm getting tired of trying to enter the report

Won't print. you won't let me enter report. what's wrong with you guys?

printer would start

Summary: at point where printing boarding pass was option, it would not print, IE printed fine → US Airways boarding pass does not print
"Expected results: printer would start" make it seem like nothing gets printed at all, and it's not clear what you mean by "enter report", but I'm going to assume this is a duplicate of bug 426399 given the lack of more detailed information.
