News should be able to open links in system/default browser rather than SM Browser
User-Agent: Opera/9.20 (Windows NT 5.1; U; de) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:22.214.171.124) Gecko/20070222 SeaMonkey/1.1.1 If I open urls in SeaMonkey mail they are opened with the SeaMonkey browser. But this browser is not the default system browser. It is Opera. SeaMonkey should use the system default browser for this! It should respect the user decicion to use another browser! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Confirming. Seamonkey 1.1.9, Fedora linux 8. Maybe should be an option or config entry to control this behavior.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
Major -> Enhancement, as I think the current behavior is the only one to expect for now. I concur with comment 1 suggestion. *** Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v2.0a1pre ?
