378624 - Update flashblock to version 1.5.3

Flashblock has been updated to version 1.3.6 after 6 months of development.  To upgrade Camino, we simply need to update to the new flashblock.xml file (rev 1.26):

From Philip Chee, one of the Flashblock developers:
"Just to let you know Flashblock 1.5.3 ( and 1.3.6) is now out and our flashblock.xml now comes with instant blocking code that avoids our previous 10ms window that allows some small flash to slip through."

Attachment: upgrade patch

Here's the patch for upgrading from 1.5.2 (since that's what we have been using) to 1.5.3.  It also updates the numbers in the readme and switches "FlashBlock" to "Flashblock" since that's what we determined the project name really was (r.f. 1.1b relnotes discussion).

Why this file uses DOS line endings is beyond me ;)
