Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a4pre) Gecko/20070424 Minefield/3.0a4pre ID:2007042409 [cairo]

repro:
open ulr

expected:
just left of the map that has opened there should be a little arrow to expand the map over the full width of the page.

the arrow is visible with a branch build but not on trunk.
Google unfortunately does silly UA sniffing which prevents most (if not all iirc) of our Minefield-branded builds from enjoying features such as this, smooth mouse wheel/double-click zoom, SVG lines and others. Changing your UA to that of a 2.x build will magically make these features reappear :/

Summary: arrow to expand google map is missing → maps.google.com - arrow to expand google map is missing in non-Firefox UAs
This actually works in Camino now (branch and trunk); folks using other Gecko browsers with non-Firefox UAs should check and see if this works for them before closing this.

No it doesn't look the same in Minefield and FF/IE/Opera.
e.g. the sidebar can't be collapsed

Ahhh I finally seen what you was talking about Peter.
I get the same problem in SeaMonkey.

"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9"

(It also doesn't work in IceWeasel or IceApe, but you might not care about that.)

"<<" arrow on top-left of map.

Yep, they are doing it different for Firefox than IE now. But at least there is a way to do it now.

Someone should test this in Camino and/or Seamonkey as well.
Verified that this now works in SeaMonkey (Linux, 1.1.x) as well. (About time!)
