I can't receive wallops on my IRC server. I can send them, but I can't recieve. I have checked the raw logs, and the wallops raw command format does not violate the RFC.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Oper up on an IRC server
2. Set yourself +w
3. Have someone send a wallops
Actual Results:  
I didn't get the wallops

Expected Results:  
I expected to get a wallops

Please attach an Ethereal / Wireshark dump so we can see what sort of wallop the server is sending, thanks :)

Also, please state:
- Version of Chatzilla, and where you got it from (e.g. is it an Ubuntu package?)
- Version of IRCd you are running

IIRC that's not against the RFC

That is not a standard message, and so needs its own special support (in any client). The spec (RFC 2812) doesn't actually specify the format of the messgae at all, and only mentions it once in an example.

For that reason, this is an enhancement rather than a bug.
