When strict isolation is enabled. It should auto-disable the checkboxes in a bug were it says reporter and CC. So if you report a bug when being member of a private group you can see you own bugs, but when you get removed from that group you wont see it anymore. This is more strict isolation.
Reproducible: Always

To summarize this:
- If the user is the reporter of bugs restricted to groups he doesn't belong anymore, and strict_isolation is turned on, automatically uncheck the checkbox so that the reporter cannot see the bug anymore.
- If the user is in the CC list, just remove it from this list.
Maybe should we have a checkbox "Let the user see bugs he can already see?" in case we don't want to be too rude? joel, what do you think?

I have never encountered a usage scenario where a user would make such a transition in a strict isolation environment. My presumption is that this would happen only if it were an administrative mistake to grant too much privilege to the user for a while. In that case, immediately preventing the user from seeing bugs "rudely" seems to be the preferred behavior.
