379527 - spellcheck recognizes "dialog" as valid but not "dialogue"

MicroSoft has been waging a war against "dialogue" for many years now. They favor "dialog", which is a load of ****.  Please do whatever needs to be done to make the spell checker recognize "dialogue" as a proper spelling.  While you're at it, make it the only recognized proper spelling, because this "dialog" jive is for the birds.  Thanks. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any form where the spell checker is in operation.
2.Type dialogue.
3.Notice underline.
4.Weep at the corruption of the already degenerate English language.
Actual Results:  
Dialogue was underlined.

Expected Results:  
Dialogue should not be underlined.  Also people who type "dialog" and then hit space should have their hard drives formatted.

Huh.  I thought they were just separate words, with "dialogue" meaning "conversation" and "dialog" meaning "a small modal window".  But apparently "dialog" is also an acceptable alternate spelling for "dialogue" meaning "conversation".

Both words/spellings should be in the spell-checking dictionary.

This should be fixed now that attachment 303861 [details] [diff] [review] of bug 418076 has landed. Please check with a 2-20 nightly or later and confirm that things work now and mark this bug VERIFIED.
