I want to crate a Tree Structure before add new items or move my old items. But I can't create a new sub-folder of a parent folder, if that is empty. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Bookmark Manager. 2. Create a 'test' folder at root. 3. Try to create a sub-folder of 'test'. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: A sub-folder of 'test' need to be created.
