The W3C's CSS specs. do not allow this. The page at http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/ Test/current/sec15.htm should show the problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Went to http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Test/current/sec15.htm 2.Noticed the problem 3. Actual Results: The text was red not black Expected Results: Displayed black text
