According to the 5/02/00 revision of the mail prefs spec, the  pinpoint
addressing section is to be removed from the Address Book (formerly known as
Addressing) panel.  The revised replacement pref for pinpoint addressing
functionality will be added to the Message Composition panel as the Addressing
Messages section (that is covered as bug #37938).

This bug is to track the removal of old pinpoint addressing prefs from the
Address Book prefs panel.

Please remove entire Pinpoint Addressing section which includes:
1.  "Look for addresses in the following:
         [checkbox] Address Books
         [checkbox] Directory Server"
2.  "When there are multiple addresses found:
         [radio] Accept what I have typed
         [radio] Show me a list of choices"
3.  "If there is one match in your personal address books:
         [checkbox] Use the address and do not search the directory"

Using build 2000-05-18 on  win98, mac and linux this is fixed.  Verfified
