because it should be relatively uncluttered.

Reassigning all travis bugs to Valeski for triage. Don thought these were
all docshell related. Travis is no longer at netscape so these bugs are

mpt, you _do_ agree it shouldn't display "document: done" for any about:blank
page, right? Otherwise, please reopen :-)

Yes, about:blank is something that is supposed to come magically from nowhere, so 
`Document: Done' doesn't make much sense. Removing it is perfectly appropriate.
