See testcase, this isn't a regression, I'm seeing this even in Mozilla1.7.
This might be a duplicate of another bug, but I couldn't find one in my search.

I can see this bug with the url, where the "Great home delivery subscription deals here!" text drawn over the image on first load/shift->reload.

BTW -- I think the page at this bug's URL has changed enough so that this bug no longer happens there.  I don't see any "Great home delivery subscription deals here!" text, nor any text drawn over images.
