Attachment: testcase - should not have crescent-shaped area

This may be a dupe of bug 379505.  This is a spinoff from bug 379474 comment 18.  This is also a regression introduced by that, I think.

See testcase - the border and the background do not match, and there is a large space between the border and the background.  There should be no such space.

Broken with 20070513/trunk, works fine with 20070428/trunk - and bz told me to file this, so I trust him on the regression cause :)

Notes:
1. radius between background rounding and border rounding differs (see testcase 1)
2. border-colors and -moz-border-*-colors use different radius? (see testcase 2)
3. when -moz-border-*-colors is used suddenly also the background is not rounded anymore (separate bug?) (testcase 3)

Item 3 is a known very old bug, that's been filed for years.

Fixed by checked-in patch from bug 368247.  1 and 2 at least; #3 is fixable, but a separate bug should be filed.
