Pls reassign to correct component if incorrect. I am seeing this on mac build 2000050308 Install and launch the browser Select File->Open Web Location Click on the "Choose File" button Click on the CANCEL button in the OPEN dialog Observe that the browser crashes. Note that this does not happen if I directly select File->Open File and click on CANCEL. Expected: Clicking on CANCEL should close the dialog and not crash the browser.
cannot repro on linux or winNT, adding pp keyword. coulda sworn this has cropped up (or something similar) before, but couldn't find it (yet). Note: it's important to get to the native file picker *from* Open Web Location dialog --just hitting cancel after File > Open File won't result in crash. here's the talkback info, incident #9835556: NETWORK_DLL + 0x29670 (0x05a78760) WIDGET_DLL + 0x34ea8 (0x05bc25e8) XPCOM_DLL + 0x4a140 (0x05da2c10) XPCOM_DLL + 0x4a038 (0x05da2b08) XPCONNECT_DLL + 0x252e0 (0x05c5e500) XPCONNECT_DLL + 0x26b84 (0x05c5fda4) JavaScript + 0x255a0 (0x05e4fb60) JavaScript + 0x1f428 (0x05e499e8) JavaScript + 0x1f65c (0x05e49c1c) JavaScript + 0x6694 (0x05e30c54) DOM_DLL + 0x80c4 (0x05c7f0b4) DOM_DLL + 0x62c8c (0x05cd9c7c) LAYOUT_DLL + 0xcd190 (0x056d1df0) LAYOUT_DLL + 0xcd6bc (0x056d231c) RDF + 0x747a4 (0x05af84f4)
