separators with attributes other than name will cause an infinite loop. the problem is with BookmarkParser::ParseBookmarkSeparator() see bug #381129 for where we hit this due to some export code in places. see also bug #212711.
this is referring to an issue in 2.x, not going to fix it at this stage.
