when dragging and dropping a single event, the event appears on the day after the one I dragged it to (not always but very often). have only seen it with drag & drops that are a week or less apart
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
event gets shifted to next day
Expected Results:
event should be in day it was dropped in
addendum: I tested some more and noticed this only happens when I drag & drop into a day previous to the one the event was in i.e. only when drag & dropping events into their past

Reporter, I could not reproduce this issue. Does it still happen for you with a 0.7pre nightly?
Also, please provide the following info:
* Did you apply the OS daylight savings time upgrades?
* Timezone setting windows
* Timezone setting Sunbird
* If possible, an ICS file with the event that is causing problems (attach to this bug)
