(Morphed out of bug 297252. Filing as UNCO since I'm not sure this is not actually expected behavior.)
Loading the testcase will show that the <caption> tag is showing as full-width instead of the width of the table content beneath it. This behavior is different than on branch, where both the <caption> and the <tr><td> are the same width.

This is testcase 7 from bug 297252, which exhibits the same behavior but is slightly different.
