Starting with this build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a5pre) Gecko/20070526 Minefield/3.0a5pre
...horizontal lines are rendered through *some* Google Ads as they are scrolled in/out of view repeatedly.
Depending on the type of ad, this may severely impact readability.
In the example URL provided, the problem occurs with the second ad, located at the bottom of the page; the one at the top seems fine.
Reproducible: Always

I read bug 376124 before posting this but thought it wasn't a dup because:
a) 376124 is only about scrolling quickly
b) 376124 talks of horizontal lines that appear and disappear
Here, the lines appear when scrolling slowly as well, and the lines in the linked URL never disappear.

And the problem here only started with build 20070526 (Minefield/3.0a5pre). I have tested almost all a5's and many of the a4's.

If you mean the ad on the bottom, that seems to be related to Bug 381746.
Lines in the ads on top I can reproduce in earlier builds.
I think it would be best to wait until bug 376124 is fixed, and when there are still problems to reopen this bug or to file a new bug.
