browse to a page that has a horizontal scrollbar [some pages really resist
them, so pick one that doesn't [lxr.mozilla.org, width<=300 seems to work]
Press the right arrow key.
actual behavior: none.
expected behavior: page moves to the left, more of the page that was offscreen
to the right is visible.
manually scroll to the right [use your mouse (or keyboard emulating mouse?)]
Press the left arrow key.
actual behavior: none.
expected behavior: page moves to the right, more of the page that was offscreen
to the left is visible.
