When launching Firefox in session restore mode with multiple tabs logged into secure sites, Firefox asks for the password manager password once per tab needing a password.  If I click on the first pop-up and start typing, subsequent pop-ups get some of the password while the first pop-up only gets a few of the early characters required to fulfill the manager's request.

To fix this, please store a state in FF that tracks whether or not the password manager dialog box is already open and if not, don't redisplay the dialog box again unless the password manager password was typed incorrectly after the user clicks OK.

It's also important to consider not displaying other password dialog boxes until the password manager dialog has been submitted (for lack of a better term).
