382793 - Profile manager broken in Suiterunner

If I select "Tools>Switch Profile..." in Suiterunner, all I get is a short title bar with the words "Page Load Error" that can't be expanded.

Running "seamonkey -profilemanager" from command line does display the profile manager correctly if SeaMonkey is not already running,  but if it is running then this command opens a new navigator window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Tools>Switch Profile...


Actual Results:  
Short title bar appears with title "Page Load Error"

Expected Results:  
Profile manager appears
