382810 - In Encryption Certificates UI, button says Verification, Dialog uses Validation

In Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption > Certificates there is a button that reads 'Verification'. If you click on this, the dialog title is 'Certificate Validation' and the wording of the options uses valid/validation.

So I guess the button should read 'Validation' or the dialog should use verified/verification.

I would like to invite Johnathan and Mike to state their preference here.

Now that we re-worked the dialog in bug 110161, it seems reasonable to rename the button to "Validation".

I agree.  When I saw this bug, after all the naming back and forth that went into bug 110161, I basically thought to myself, "Whoops."

Changing the button is preferable to me over changing the dialog content, given all the recent debate on the strings in that dialog.
