After selecting the topleft link (Never been an iPod) Camino crashes. According to the plug-in menu, I am using Quicktime plug-in 7.0.4. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to URL http://www.apple.com/iphone/ads/ 2. Click on link "Never been an iPod" 3. Wait.. crash Actual Results: Crashes Expected Results: Shouldnt crash (ie either display Quicktime content, or a warning that it cannot) Quicktime plug-in 7.0.4

WFM in a recent nightly. Does a recently nightly crash for you? Does Safari?

Camino no longer crashes after loading the Quicktime movies in Safari (which does not crash). However, emptying the Quicktime chache (~/Library/Caches/Quicktime/*) causes Camino to crash again.
Do the new crashes have the same stack as the one you've posted here? Does upgrading to the latest version of QuickTime make any difference? I believe 7.1.6 is the latest plugin version. cl

Marcus, can you try deleting your pluginreg.dat file? See: http://www.caminobrowser.org/documentation/faq/#troub_qtime It *shouldn't* matter but that doesn't mean it won't fix this.

Marcus, have you had a chance to look into this any further and reply to comment 4 and comment 5?
Closing INVALID on the suspicion that something is wrong with QuickTime and per the lack of response on the part of the reporter. If you can supply the requested information, you may re-open this bug.
