If you enter a time estimate for a bug during bug creation, then the hours left field is updated.  If you set the time estimate after the bug was created (say when the bug is assigned to someone who might have an idea as to how much effort the change would be), the hourse left filed is not updated (stays at 0)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a bug with no time estimate
2. Edit the bug and set a time estimate (say, 8 hours)

Actual Results:  
Hours remaining is 0

Expected Results:  
Hour remaining is equal to the time estimate (minus the hours worked)

Yes, this is true. It's possible to have an Hours Left greater than the Estimate. That doesn't make any sense.

Also, the Current Estimate and the Original Estimate labels are transposed. This has been bothering me for about three years. (I'm sure there's a bug on it somewhere.)

At the least, there should be some JavaScript that fixes that up.
