After selecting to save the web page as a file on the local computer,
while Firefox does that, it does not allow the users to browse
on other tabs or windows. Please enhance Firefox to allow the
users to do that concurrently while it saves a page in one of the tabs
to the local file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several tabs and windows in Firefox.
2. View different web pages in different tabs/windows: yahoo.com, google.com
   and firefox.com, cnn.com
3. go to one of the tab that has a lot of contents such as yahoo.com or cnn.com.
4. select File | save page as
5. while firefox saves the file, the users can't navigate to other tabs or windows of firefox to view other web pages.
Actual Results:
See above.

Expected Results:
The users would be able to select other tabs or windows of Firefox and view other pages while FireFox saves the current page to the local file.
