May be it is not a bug? With nbsp layout is proper.

Here's another smaller testcase, that looks weird in FF3 Beta5. Shaver confirmed on IRC that it looks the same on FF2 as well.
The interesting thing is, that the occurrence of the bug depends on the existence of the whitespace in the first list.
The testcase is also accessible online on http://www.babylonsounds.com/test2.html
If this testcase does not show the same bug, please tell me and I'll file a new one.
