Dragging links into the Sidebar bookmarks panel from the browser content area 
don't produce a context menu when right-clicked upon.

38748, a dup of this, was nsbeta2+...i assume it shouldn't be a problem if i 
transfer that designation over here

Verified on a fresh build, win32 on 6/27/00, but posted in Bugzilla with IE 
5.0 :-)

on second thought, I'm going to leave this resolved -- but not verified -- 
until 29403 gets fixed, since, although they're likely dups, they *are* of a 
different nature.  I fear I'll forget about this if it remains verified...sorry 
for the spam guys.
