No option to add RSS feeds in the new account selection

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit/Account settings
2.Add Account
3.3 options presented 
  1.add email account
  2.Gmail
  3.Newsgroup
Actual Results:  
No option to add a RSS Feed account

Expected Results:  
Be able to add RSS Feed account

the files Bugzilla Bug 237393 suggest moving are already in the /isp directory ( did not need to move them)

RSS account (and movemail) options are shown to me. Tried thunderbird -safe-mode?

No change if I start in -safe-mode

Looks like the RSS feeds and movemail require a dependency from emacs.  On a whim I installed a number of emacs or evolution  apps , at first no luck then I uninstalled Thunderbird and reinstalled it. Succes
