383958 - ZoneAlarm crash during FireFox startup

I use ZoneAlarm Pro version 4.0.146.029. It uses TrueVector security engine. 

During startup of Firefox 2.0.0.4 TrueVector driver crashes and needs a restart. I used Firefox v.2.0.0.2 before and got this problem after update to v.2.0.0.4. OS - Windows XP Professional SP2.

These are reports from Event Log:

TrueVector driver: Data thread killed.

TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been copied to "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDB74.tmp".  File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been deleted.

TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt, restoring from backup "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\BACKUP.RDB".

TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\VLADOSHA.ldb" was corrupt and has been copied to "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDB75.tmp".  File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\VLADOSHA.ldb" was corrupt and has been deleted.

TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been copied to "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDB78.tmp".  File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been deleted.

TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt, restoring from backup "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\BACKUP.RDB".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load ZoneAlarm
2. Start Firefox 2.0.0.4
Actual Results:  
1. OS message - TrueVector Service has encountered a problem and needs to be closed.
2. TrueVector reports - The True Vector Internet Monitor has shut down.

I don't use ZoneAlarm anymore. Additionally I use Windows Vista :)
FireFox works fine!

We're now tracking such bugs. This doesn't mean it's something we can fix, merely something we hope to be able to point vendors to so they can investigate. This is an automated message.

Closing old bugs in the Plugins component. We aren't going to track issues in 3rd-party plugins in the Mozilla bug tracker. In addition, support for NPAPI plugins will be removed at the end of this year; for more details see the post at https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/

If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
