Yeah, tables as roots don't work so hot....  Perhaps we should remove this assert.  :(  Or something.

I can't reproduce any more with the SVG testcase, but I can still reproduce with the original testcase.

I see this pair of assertions in Thunderbird many times a day; it makes running under the debugger with XPCOM_DEBUG_BREAK="trap" pretty painful.  Any chance this bug is a DUP of bug 455063?

This bug predates the changes that cause bug 455063 (and in fact is likely fixed by those changes).
