Right click a vertical scrollbar Behavior = Nothing happens Expected behavior [windows2000]: a popup menu that contains: Scroll Here - Top Bottom - Page Up Page Down - Scroll Up Scroll Down Right click a horizontal scrollbar Behavior = Nothing happens Expected behavior [windows2000]: a popup menu that contains: Scroll Here - Left Edge Right Edge - Page Left Page Right - Scroll Left Scroll Right --To verify that this is the correct behavior, open notepad, netscape4.7 or ie.
