My bookmark menu is too long to fit in a single column menu. There is no way to
access the bookmarks that are lower than the last one that will fit into the
bookmark menus

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.make a ton of bookmarks
2.pull donw the bookmark menu.
3.notice that there are ones that are below the end of the menu.

Expected Results:  The menu would either scroll up like a mac or stretch to the
side like in motif or some other behavior.
