Context menus for plugins don't contain navigation options

Context menus for links, images, etc. contain navigation options and several
other options, but context menus over plug-ins don't. This prevents me from
doing "Open frame in new window" or "View frame source" on a frame that is
filled with a shockwave movie, for example.
I am not sure this is a bug. Plugins take over window event handling, and this
is up to the plugin developer to decide what to show in the context menu.

That's true. It would suck if you could fire bullets but not bombs because the
browser stole right-clicks. One possibility would be to add an option to the
context menu, "allow this plug-in to take over right click events", and let the
user select from {once, always for this site, always for this plug-in}.

Agree with av and marking INVALID. If anyone thinks this is a valid bug and
wants to REOPEN, please first check how plug-ins worked in Nav4 and see if it
was any different. In this case, if we're doing the same thing as what happened
in Nav4, we're doing the right thing.

NS 4.x let's the plugins take over the event handling/context menu and I agree
that that's the best way it should function. verified.
