This is a tracking bug for the work I am doing on porting the tinderbox client to python.

This is a Settings object that keep track of settings from the defaults, a config file, and (in the future) possible the command-line. It's still a WIP but I would appreciate any initial feedback. This file depends on tinderdefaults.py.

This is a generic class for sending mail to Tinderbox. Most of the code is very similar to that in the "TinderboxMailNotifier" Buildbot plugin.

Sorry, the summary for this is a bit misleading..I fixed that. We haven't decided if we're going to do this yet, so I'm going to remove blocking.

I clarified with bhearsum on IRC, the intent of this bug is to replicate necessary tinderbox-client functionality and have it work with buildbot, but it may not necessarily be integrated into buildbot. As such, this is still necessary work for the Mozilla2 tinderbox builds, regardless of how it gets implemented.
