Chose "never for this site" for password. Wish to change choice.  Password Execptions list nothing. Never offered to "remember" password.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Yahoo mail
2.Asked to put in name and password
3.Never asked to save password for this site.
Actual Results:  
Have to put in name and password everytime.

Expected Results:  
Expect to be ask to remember password.

Remember password, or be listed in password execptions so I can change my choice.

Not a bug.
Yahoo Mail uses autocomplete="off" in the <form> tag.
You may try overriding it by using this 3rd-party bookmarklet:
https://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/forms.html#remember_password

There have been many bugs for bugzilla on this issue.  It is an issue with Yahoo overriding the password manager.  If you want to track progress, please see bug 348791.  This bug is being resolved as a duplicate.
