Now we have some atk code for processing row/column inserted/deleted events in atk, also we have event structrure atkTableChange for them but we do not fire these events in gecko actually. Should we fire them? Aaron suggested to treat the question like do Orca need these events?
Or at least, if Orca needs these, does Orca need them for Firefox 3?

Will, just an FYI that I believe tbird is still suffering from bug 368835.
