In Master Password prefs, we use the string "Expire master password after each use." - but I don't think users understand what this means. We should rephrase this to say "Ask for Master Password every time my personal data is accessed" or something like that.

I think this bug refers to string ID encryptExpire.label I can't find this string anywhere in the sources, so it might be obsolete and we should remove it. The master password dialog seems to use different wording already.

Yes, see the URL of this bug, it's this string, and we should really remove it, as I think that managepassword.ask* have taken over that functionality - at least http://mxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/search?find=%2F&string=encryptExpire.label shows no usage of it.
