User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4 Hi there. I use FCKeditor v2.4.3 running on Firefox 2.0.0.4. I found that on Firefox 2.0.0.4, FCKeditor formats line with paragraph spacing set to "Auto" everytime i paste words on it. This doesn't happen on IE. Please kindly follow those steps to reproduce. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a new word document (A), make same lines with single space. 2. select all, copy, then paste into FCKeditor. 3. on FCKeditor, select all, copy, then paste back into another new word document (B). 4. on that document (B), select all newly pasted, right click, choose "Paragraph". on "Indent and Spacing" tab, please notice that "Spacing Before" and "Spacing After" is set to "Auto" instead of "0". 5. please do the step 4 on document (A) to find the difference made. Actual Results: Now there's more space between line. Spacing Before" and "Spacing After" is set to "Auto" instead of "0". This inaccuracy would produce different layout and take more pages. Expected Results: I expect Firefox should have formated the lines corretly as source. I've reported this bug to FCKeditor's developer, replied with status "CantFix", because "That behavior is controlled by the browser. You'll get different results using IE or Firefox, and I don't think that there's nothing that we can do to improve it" http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/718
errata: Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a new word document (A), make same lines with single space. should be: 1. create a new word document (A), make SOME lines with single space.
