User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.0.12) Gecko/20070508 Firefox/1.5.0.12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a6pre) Gecko/20070627 Minefield/3.0a6pre ID:2007062805 With Firefox 2 inactive tabs can be easily differentiated because there's a double-styled border on the bottom of the tab bar. On Trunk however, the upper line of the border is missing and it's not as easy as on Fx 2 to differentiate selected and inactive tabs. I'll add a screenshot that will explain the problem better. I think this bug is some kind of regression as the Firefox 2 visual refresh aimed for "improve(d) distinction of selected tabs" (http://wiki.mozilla.org/FX2_Visual_Update/Default_Theme_Update). Reproducible: Always
