We have been experiencing numerous problems wwith Netscape 4.x Browsers when
viewing the secure section of this site (Unfortunately I cannot grant you
access to the site). Whenever a person selects login on the menu they are
redirected to a page under SSL. When the user inputs their username and password
into the server generated dialog box (we have directory permissions set on the
web server) it causes a Dr. Watson error, sometimes it brings up the
Netscape Feedback Dialog then crashes. I am running Netscape 4.72 w/128 bit
encryption on Windows NT 4.0 SP5, and I can get in fine. Other users with
similar configurations are experiencing the error. Some users are on SP4.
This bug appears to be similar to the one I saw involving accessing Hotmail( Bug
29895).

John C. Zlater, is this a problem you only experience with NS 4.72, or do
you also see it with a recent Mozilla milestone / nightly, or the recent NS 6
Preview Release 1?
If it's NS4.72, try this form: http://help.netscape.com/forms/bug-client.html

THis appears only to be a problem with Netscape 4.x ( mostly likely clients
are using 4.6 and up) Running on WIn NT
