At least week's f2f in Waldorf, it was decided to:
- allow the expanded state on objects of role cell, to enable pivot tables
- Remove table/td/th, since we have other roles for that
- Add "treegrid" for trees with expandable/collapsable rows which also have columns

Also a role of "row" was added. There is no good ATK role for this, so for now we can just use ATK_ROLE_LIST_ITEM until there is something better.

OK, so no more table,td,th eh?  I am blessing this patch with a note that we might want to look at implementing atk accessible table interface for this. Perhaps we could post a ticket for that work if you agree.
LISTITEM makes sense for now, but not sure of Ix issues that might pop up.
