STR in Firefox: 1. Press Alt+V,C to open the View -> Character Encoding submenu. Actual results: The Character Encoding menu item is selected, but the submenu associated with it does not open. It only opens when you hit Enter. Expected results: The submenu opens automatically. Own build from around 7/07/2007 3:25 am UTC+4 Guessing it's a regression from bug 279703.

Turns out this was fixed by NeilAway (attachment 271147 [details] [diff] [review], no bug) today.
