Right. The doc on the website is not consistent with the current license. It was written at a time that NSS wsa only dual-licensed.

Not quite right yet. The doc still states

"You may choose to use the code either under the terms of the MPL or under the terms of the GPL."

All 3 licenses should be mentioned in that sentence as well, not just 2.

I was unable to do more checks because the context feature on bugzilla appears to be broken right now :-( . See bug 387758 about that.
